Plenty of people say they want to make a change, admit that they don't love what they do, but carry on showing up for work day in day out without actually doing something about it. Elyce (@elycebuchan_fit) is not one of these people.
Conveyancing to coaching in less than 12 months is just part of Elyce's Story. A 6 year battle with an eating disorder, getting strong, finding love and creating your own path.

Being a Nurse, Paramedic, Yogi and Influencing humans via social Media.
Anna is a Paramedic, Yoga Teacher (and student) and one of my oldest friends.
Georgie is a Nurse, former gymnast, yogi and social media influencer, with her instagram presence racking up over 45k followers.
The girls and i discussed what it is like to be in the Emergency / Health worlds, how they deal with shift work, and how they remain sane with the incredible physical, emotional and mental demands their jobs place on them.
We delved into the importance of 'filling your cup' and the role Yoga plays in their health and wellbeing, as well as the role of Social Media in our lives. As an 'influencer', Georgie is able to give us a fantastic insight into the mindset of someone in front of the camera.

We discussed Laura's unique journey into the corporate world, out of the corporate world, back in and back out, we talked travelling and her incredible journeys around the world. We touched on winning awards, her faith, the importance of community and a whole heap more.
