Since winning an AFL Premiership with the Demons in 2021, Jake Lever has been a mainstay of the Virtus gym floor throughout his off-seasons. Currently juggling father time, being a husband to his amazing Wife, Jess, and hunting a 2nd premiership with the Demons; Jake was super generous to join Tyler for an incredible 2 hour chat on the Podcast!

Meet Benny Diccocio, owner of BCD Fitness. A phenomenal man with a phenomenal story. Just before the pandemic, Ben suffered his first spontaneous pneumothorax of what would end up becoming THREE. Alongside battling a lifelong struggle with eczema, Ben's condition regressed to the point where his skin couldn't properly thermoregulate, leading to sleepless nights and gruelling mornings waking up to a bed covered in blood and skin flakes. Ben questioned the worth of his existence many times, however, he has emerged through the darkness and on the podcast shares his incredible journey of healing.
