If you're struggling to unwind and are feeling constantly "wired", there will be many gems in this episode that will help you to step back and fill your cup up. How many times do you think we can say the word "stress" in an hour? Tune in to find out

Wednesday Dec 21, 2022

In this episode, Bailey shares his insight into his 2022, the resources and learnings that got him through and why he's moving to the Sunshine Coast!
Disclaimer: This podcast was filmed on a Sunday morning - Tyler and Bailey were both very much battling. Please persist through the first 20 minutes as our brains slowly switch on

Shane Scott - Creating Habits, Discipline & Routine
Sunday Mar 05, 2023
Sunday Mar 05, 2023
Welcome back to the Virtus Performance podcast!! Season 4, huge, we’re stoked to be back!
Shane Scott is our resident account at Virtus Performance and affectionately known as Mr Consistent. A little different of a guest to our usual as Shane doesn't necessarily have a sporting or athletic background which will be pleasing to some listeners ears i'm sure.
Shane has a methodical approach to many aspects of his life whether that is work, training or everyday living which allows him to foster discipline, create routine and build habits.
If you're at Virtus around 7am in the morning i'm sure you've seen him but don't know much about him as he's a pretty unassuming character so I was stoked that he agreed to come on to the podcast and have a chat!
As always, exited for this one!!
