We are in crazy times. We don't know what's going to happen tomorrow and it is genuinely freaking people out. It's all we are talking about it, so I figured another 30 minutes wouldn't hurt. I chat about the effect it's had on the gym, how I'm feeling, what I believe is important and what we can choose to focus on in these uncertain times.
